My Wellbeing Manager has just one mission.

To bring together eLearning Managers who are feeling exhausted and burnt out, and bring them together in a supportive community.

Going through burnout isn’t just about feeling tired, but can lead to taking serious long periods of time off from your career, which is exactly what we want to help you avoid.

We're Not Just a Networking Platform

There are many online networking sites, but networking is just one part of what we provide. Your membership gives you access to a huge range of resources and benefits.

We know you love listening to podcasts, and we love making them. That's why we have created an entire library, which only members get access to. The episodes aren't anywhere else online, as it's just for you. We also love to have guests on the podcasts, which can include both our members, or someone they'd like to recommend.

Lastly, and what drives us the most, is that you will never feel alone again as an L&D Manager. We all have days when we feel down, or feel like we don't want to work on our business. If not managed well, a bad day can turn into bad months, which could ruin your business. We'll make sure you're never alone when dealing with these periods, so you can be working at your best.

There's Huge Pressure on
Your Shoulders as an L&D Manager

Whilst becoming an L&D manager is often the biggest step-up in your eLearning career, it requires a big shift in your mindset from previously being an Instructional Designer or Developer.

Now you've got to think about things like managing your team's budget, learning how to recruit new talent, supporting your team, and handling internal politics. And this is just a small part of being an L&D manger.

It's no surprise that many managers often feel isolated, as they have no one to go to for support. You might also be working from home, which means you're isolated from any in-person support within your company.

That's why we started My Wellbeing Manager.
